It's got nothing to do with whichever job I might do; it's the way in which I do the job that matters, rather than the nature of the job itself:
The job has to be done right, and with energy;
It has to be done on time;
It has to be done right first time, and;
It has to be done in a manner which sees a benefit both to my employer, and to my employer's clients*.
There are, of course, a finite number of job types which will correspond with my capabilities; and it is those capabilities which largely determine my main disciplines.
The "right job" is not demarcated simply to those involving these disciplines; it is further restricted by the fact that any job I do must be real; it must evidence a tangible or perceptible benefit either to somebody or to some group of people, or it must contribute to some measurable efficiency within the business or orgaaniztion for which I work; doing the "right job" will not involve my "working" in some manufactured, public sector, "non-job".
